At Ruff N Roll Ltd, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. We always aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, and in return, we kindly ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or change a booking.

Cancelling or Changing a Booking

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

• More than 48 hours' notice: No charge.
• 24-48 hours' notice: We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the booking fee.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: The full booking fee may be charged.

We will always do our best to be fair and considerate, especially where unexpected circumstances arise.

No Shows

If we arrive for a scheduled service and are unable to access the property, collect your dog, or the booking has been forgotten without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged.

Regular Bookings

We understand that work schedules, appointments and family commitments can change. For clients with regular bookings, we simply ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or making changes.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to reserve a regular time slot in the future.

Emergencies

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, a family emergency, a veterinary emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation fees will be applied at our discretion and with understanding of the situation.

If We Need to Cancel

Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil all bookings, there may occasionally be circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, illness, emergencies or safety concerns.

Should we ever need to cancel a service, we will provide as much notice as possible and, where appropriate, offer an alternative appointment, credit or refund.
